From the refuge, you can not only climb the Toubkal but you also have different possibilities for a day or half-day hikes and treks in the Atlas.
The Toubkal: Roof of North Africa and highest point of Morocco, with its 4167 m of altitude, dominates by its northern slope the plain of Haouz and the Anti Atlas by the southern. The Berbers call it: ADRAR N’DERRN: the mountain of mountains.
